Help & support

Two apps, two answers. Pick the one you’re using — players follow their events, organizers run them.

Players appHelp for players

You’re competing, and you want to know where and when you play — and who won.

Your player profile

Your profile — name, photo, and details — follows you from one event to the next, so your record stays with you rather than with the paperwork.

Following an event

Draws and scores update as the organizer records them, so what you see is what’s happening on court.

Something looks wrong in the draw

Entries, seedings, and results are controlled by the tournament organizer. Ask them first — they can correct it directly. If they can’t, write to us.

Organizer appHelp for organizers

You’re running the event — draws, courts, scores, and the people helping you do it.

Setting up a tournament

Create a tournament, add your categories, enter the field, and generate the draw. Single-elimination, double-elimination, round-robin, and pools all build themselves from the seeding.

Recording results

Score a match on one device and every other screen follows — scorers, the front desk, the big display. Winners advance on their own.

Collaborators and roles

Invite people by email as assistants or scorekeepers. Each role sees only what it needs, and only the owner can delete the tournament.
