Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and AirScoreBoard for using our tournament-management app and this website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

01Who these terms are with

“AirScoreBoard,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the AirScoreBoard app and airscoreboard.com. “You” means the person or organization using the service. If you use AirScoreBoard on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these terms for it.

02Using AirScoreBoard

AirScoreBoard helps you run tournaments — building brackets and round-robin draws, recording match results, and keeping scores in sync across devices in real time. You may use it only in line with these terms and any laws that apply to you.

You need to be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and to be at least 13 years old, to hold an account.

03Your account

You sign in with a supported provider (such as Apple or Google). You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

04Your content and the people in it

You keep ownership of the content you add — tournaments, categories, players, results, photos, and other information (“your content”). You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, sync, and display that content so we can run the service for you and the collaborators you invite.

Because tournaments involve real people, you are responsible for having the right to add the player information and photos you upload, and for providing any notices or obtaining any consents that the people involved (or their parents or guardians, for minors) are entitled to. Don’t upload content you don’t have permission to use.

05Collaboration and invites

You can invite other people to help run a tournament by email, in roles such as assistant or scorekeeper. When you invite someone, you’re asking us to share that tournament’s data with them once they sign in. Only invite people who should have access, and remove access when it’s no longer needed.

06Acceptable use

Please don’t:

07Availability and changes

We work to keep AirScoreBoard reliable, but we may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We may also set reasonable limits to keep the service healthy. We’ll try to avoid disruption to your events, but we can’t guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.

08The service is provided “as is”

To the extent the law allows, AirScoreBoard is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You’re responsible for keeping your own records of results that matter to you.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

10Ending your use

You can stop using AirScoreBoard at any time and ask us to delete your account and data (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use AirScoreBoard after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions about these terms? Email us at support@airscoreboard.com.
