What you actually do with it

From an empty draw to a decided champion.

Set it up

An event, its categories, and a way in.

Name it, pick the sport, set the dates and the venue. Split it into as many categories as it needs — each with its own format, its own draw and its own entry list.

  • Private while you build it, published when you're ready
  • Every event gets a web page and a QR code players scan to register
  • Approve entries yourself, or let them in automatically
  • Caps and waiting lists handle a category that fills up

Draw it

Draws that build themselves.

Seed the field and the bracket appears — byes placed, rounds laid out, winners advancing on their own as results land. Change your mind and swap any two slots; everything downstream recalculates instead of breaking.

  • Single elimination, double elimination and round robin
  • Group stage into a seeded knockout, qualifiers promoted for you
  • Timed and measured sports get a finish list instead of a bracket
  • Optional third-place match on any knockout draw

Score it

Score courtside, not afterwards.

Record sets, points, bonus points and how a match was decided, on the spot. Mark a match in progress and the running score goes out live; finish it and the winner advances the moment you save.

  • Standings and advancement computed as you go
  • Fix a wrong result without unpicking the rest of the draw
  • A per-court feed of what's playing and what just finished

Everyone follows

On every screen, within seconds.

Save a score on one device and it appears on all of them — your assistants, the front desk, and every player and spectator watching in the AirScoreboard app.

  • Players are notified when they're approved, called to play, or beaten
  • Share a draw, a result or the whole event as a link or a QR code
  • Published events turn up in the players' search and Discover feed

Not alone

Bring the crew.

A tournament is rarely a one-person job. Invite the people helping you and give each of them exactly as much control as they need — no more.

  • Assistants configure everything except deleting the event
  • Scorekeepers record results, and nothing else
  • Invite by email; they accept in the app and work from their own phone

Formats

Built for the way you actually run draws.

Pick the shape the competition needs. The engine handles byes, advancement and standings whichever one you choose.

Single elimination

Fast, decisive knockout draws. Lose once and you're out — a champion in the fewest matches.

Double elimination

A second chance through the losers' bracket, grand final and all — the format that rewards resilience.

Round robin

Everyone plays everyone. Live standings settle the group without a knockout in sight.

Pools to knockout

Group stage first, then a seeded knockout. Qualifiers are promoted into the bracket automatically.

Races & ranked fields

Timed, measured and points-based sports get a finish list and a ranking instead of a bracket.

Singles, doubles & teams

One competitor slot holds a person, a pair or a whole club. Every format works the same either way.

Free and Pro

Start free. Grow when the event does.

Everything you need to run a real tournament is in the free plan. Pro lifts the limits and adds the formats and roles that bigger events need.

What each plan includes. Players never pay — the players app is free for everyone.

Events are a monthly allowance, not a total: creating 50 in a month does not stop you creating 50 more the next one, and events you already ran keep working either way. The ceiling exists so one runaway script cannot make the service slow for everyone.

A single draw also has a size ceiling, shown beside each format above. That one is a technical limit rather than a plan one: a draw is generated in one database transaction, so it applies on Free and on Pro alike. Split a bigger field across categories, or into pools.

A lapsed Pro plan never locks you out of what you already built — existing events, draws and teams keep working; only creating new ones past the free limits needs Pro again.
